RETURN & REFUND POLICY Prime Basket

At Prime Basket, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of perfume products, returns require special conditions for hygiene and authenticity protection.

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery, only if the product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Once a fragrance is opened or sprayed, it cannot be returned unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

To begin a return, contact customer support with your order number and issue details. After review, we will provide instructions and the return address. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.

If your perfume arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, provide photos immediately. Upon verification, we will issue a replacement or full refund.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the return is received and inspected. Products that do not meet return requirements may not qualify for refund.

Clearance items, testers, minis, or heavily discounted fragrances may be final-sale depending on listing details.

We follow strict quality inspection standards to ensure that only authentic and hygienically safe fragrance products are resold.
